To help us figure out a problem faster, please send us a Registry First Aid bug-report file.

To create a bug-report file:

  1. Go to the Start Menu > Programs > Registry First Aid > Actions > Send bugreport.
  2. A small utility will run and create a bug-report file "RFA_bugreport.txt" on your desktop.
  3. Send that file to support.

If the program raised an Access Violation error then it automatically created "RFA_bugreport.txt" on your desktop. Please include that file as an attachment to your bug report.

Also, you can provide us with a screenshot of the error that you see which will help us even more.

To create a screenshot

  1. Press the Print Scrn key (above the Insert key on your keyboard).
  2. Go to the Start Menu, search and type paint or mspaint (Programs > Accessories > Paint.
  3. Go to the Edit menu and select Paste command. This will create an image with your desktop in the picture editor.
  4. Save the image as JPEG file and attach it to your bug-report.
